live in Puyallup in a 22 year old home, and I had my old furnace replaced last January 2007 by Dick’s Heating and A/C
INC. I have a great working knowledge of what I needed as I’ve been a Maintenance Electrician in Steel, Aluminum, and
currently the Pulp and Paper Industries for app. 35 years, so I’m no dummy. The other companies who shall remain nameless
did not compare with the sales, advice, knowledge base, and pricing that Dicks Heating provided me. I am completely satisfied
with Dick’s Heating from the initial sales all the way to the finished product. The Salesman was great and his presentation
greater. The appointment was made on a date closer to the sales than I had expected and was started before that appointment
day was close. The communication to me from Dick’s was ongoing and welcomed. I am especially thankful for the crew of
installers! They were great and their attention to detail was even greater (I’m a stickler for detail and had to do
no prompting), a bonus was they were a nice bunch of guys warm and friendly. Now, the installation and use afterwards was
flawless and pain free. The instructions and “how to schooling” top notch. This is a fantastic company to do business
with and I have referred them to anyone asking about “who does it well” many times since. I have heard of this
company for years and word of mouth was what prompted me to give them a shot at the job. I wasn’t disappointed. Sincerely

Des Moines, WA Jason Pyper just left my home after installing new air
filters and programming my thermostat monitor to accurately reflect the automatic mode between heat and cool. For some
reason, this was not done many months ago at the time of installation by another company.
Most recently, Jason was
at my home to do a complete check of my heat pump as the A/C was not coming on properly. Jason even went under the house to
verify the ducting was in working order. My crawl space is very tight, but he managed to get the job done.
Please
be aware that Jason is a great representative for your company and he has a superior knowledge of heat pump systems.
He
also was most patient in explaining to me the best way to receive the maximum results from my heat pump system.
I
hope that in my future checks with Dicks Heating & A/C that Jason is available to do the service.

On January 3 2006, Mr. William Large serviced my furnace. I would like to compliment him on his professional attitude,
his knowledge of the heater and the efficiency of his repairs. It is a pleasure to meet such enthusiastic and bright young
men. Although it was quite chilly in the garage, Mr. Large worked steadily until the job was completed, even though he had
two more appointments after mine. Which meant that he was having a long day. He was cheerful and pleasant the entire time
and I enjoyed both meeting him and having him service my equipment which has been working fine since his repairs.

my name is Cathy Alexander, I had a furnace installed on Tuesday and then my ducts were cleaned on Thursday, I just wanted
to tell you what great employees you have. The guys there on Tuesday that installed the furnace I don't remember the names,
but they were both very professional and nice. They did a great job, and explaining the way things work was great...the guy
on Thursday that cleaned the ducts, (Greg), he was there until after 6:00, he was the greatest too. I just wanted you to know
you have some awesome employees working for you and they make Dicks heating have a great reputation. I would recommend your
