Most products
sold are shipped within three to five working days. Most products are shipped
via United Parcel standard delivery unless otherwise specified.
Return
Merchandise Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please return them to us within
TEN (10) days. We will either give you a full credit or replace the goods, less any shipping charges you have paid. Requests
for replacement CANNOT be satisfied after ten (10) days from the date of delivery. YOU MUST CALL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
BEFORE RETURNING THE FORMS.
Signing Bonus. Dicks Heating
& Air will pay a signing bonus to Technicians that are experienced in all aspects of the trade. Signing bonus will
be paid over a period of six months following 90 days of employment.
